2. Information is not individual professional advice

Website content and workshop exercises are for general information, creative exploration and learning. They do not establish a solicitor–client, medical, financial-advisory, security-consulting or other regulated professional relationship. They do not replace advice from a qualified professional who has examined your circumstances.

Do not use a general article, AI response or prototype as the sole basis for decisions concerning health, debt, legal rights, investments, identity, cybersecurity or physical safety. Where the subject matters, verify the facts, relevant deadlines and applicable rules with the responsible authority or professional.

3. Project status and particular app limits

A project card is a presentation of an exploration, not a certification that an app is complete, secure, suitable for a particular purpose or available to download. Demonstration screens and conceptual images may differ substantially from a working product. Separate releases must explain their actual functions, provider, applicable terms and data processing.

TRUSTCHECK is presented as a digital safety app in development. An automated assessment can miss a scam or flag legitimate content. An absence of warnings, a low risk label or an uncertain result does not prove that a message, payment request, link or sender is safe. Verify through an independent, trusted channel before acting.

FRISTEG is presented as an app concept for organising information and exploring steps towards a Swedish debt-restructuring application. It does not decide eligibility, represent Kronofogden or any creditor, replace public debt advice, or guarantee acceptance, debt relief or a financial outcome. Use current official instructions and appropriate individual advice.

SOFIA BELOW and other transport or spatial studies may use simplified, illustrative or incomplete information. A concept map is not an official route, timetable, navigation or accessibility service. Check current information with the relevant operator before travelling.

4. AI assistance and illustrative images

AI may assist the development of text, images, code and prototypes. Its outputs can contain factual errors, bias, fabricated details, insecure code or material resembling third-party work. Human selection or editing does not remove the need to check an output before relying on or deploying it.

Images identified as AI-generated concepts illustrate an idea or atmosphere. They are not evidence of actual participants, a real customer, an existing venue, a completed app, a functioning installation or the creator’s physical workplace. An illustration is not a testimonial or an endorsement. An architectural or event visualisation does not establish feasibility, permission, ownership, funding or compliance with safety requirements.

5. Workshops and possible outcomes

PROTO+ workshops are learning opportunities and may include unfinished examples. Results depend on the idea, the tools, individual circumstances and further work. There is no guarantee of income, employment, investment, a marketable product or successful publication in an app store. Additional tools may have their own costs and conditions, which must be checked before you choose to use them.

Private workshop material and personal feedback are not automatically public endorsements. A free pilot is not an accredited qualification, a paid service contract or an obligation to join a future programme.

6. References, links and relationships

References to organisations, locations, software, brands or recording environments, including Studio Bohus, provide context or inspiration unless a specific relationship is expressly identified. They do not by themselves mean partnership, sponsorship, authorisation or endorsement. Third-party trademarks remain with their respective owners.

External links may change, disappear or lead to material we do not control. Social networks, video hosts, meeting services and other external providers apply their own conditions. We remain responsible for our own conduct and do not use a link or this notice to avoid obligations imposed by law.

7. Opportunities are not investment offers

Descriptions of future licences, collaborations, agency services, business models or commercial possibilities are exploratory. They are not investment solicitations, guaranteed earnings, commitments to finance an idea or offers to buy or sell a financial product. A commercial project needs its own due diligence and written agreement.

This Disclaimer explains the intended use and limits of the material; it does not excuse misleading statements or remove duties that the law imposes.
