SOFIA BELOW
A new perspective on the city beneath your feet.
SOFIA BELOW explores Sofia’s metro as a digital layer of the city: a way to understand lines, stations and movement beneath the streets.
See how the underground connects.
The idea is to make an underground network easier to grasp, whether you live in Sofia or are visiting. A clear map and a more visual experience can help put a journey in context.
Work on the prototype centres on metro routes, stations and timetable-based movement estimates. A future AR-style view is an idea being explored as the project develops.
The visuals illustrate the concept. The project is under development and features may change.
